The second session of quitting social media and pornography
So finally I made it through the 48hours of not watching any pornography and checking on my social media, this even include YouTube. It’s hard to do so if you have done it on a daily basis, and suddenly you may find out that there is one piece of you disappeared. Since I have no other things to do, I started to learn how to cook, to play poker or to acquire knowledge. By doing those I can calm my mind to let me focus on the present. However, what I want to say is that if you regularly watch porn at night alone, it’s harder to get rid of it because if you can’t fall asleep at night, the first thing to do may be the hand work, you know what I mean here. Also, when you see something that stimulate your senses, you’ll also have some physical reaction, and the whole plan may be ruined by your impulse.
To conclude, at least I had get through the second day of the challenge. I deleted the music app, social media, YouTube, to help me regain the normal brain neurotransmitter so that I won’t be caged by this electronic device world. Thank you.
